Mr. Al Nigro co-founded WNG Capital in February 2009. He has 38 years of aerospace experience with extensive roles in experimental flight test, design engineering, marketing and sales, finance, and leasing. Prior to forming WNG, Mr. Nigro was a Director and one of the founders of Deutsche Bank’s aircraft investment and portfolio finance businesses. Prior to DB, Al was Senior Vice President of the Commercial Aviation Finance Group at Bank of America. Mr. Nigro has completed transactions involving over 450 aircraft with a combined market value in excess of $9.4 billion with airlines operating in 21 different countries. Prior to Bank of America, Mr. Nigro worked in aircraft operating leasing at Sanwa Business Credit Corp and Mitsui & Co. Mr. Nigro began his career at McDonnell Douglas Corp (now Boeing) as an Aircraft Design Engineer and an Experimental Flight Test Engineer and later as Director of Marketing in Southeast Asia. Mr. Nigro was the Lessor Representative on the Board of Directors of Spirit Airlines and was an advisor to the Board of the John Wayne Airport Working Group.

Al Nigro
Michael Gangemi
Managing Partner

Mr. Michael Gangemi co-founded WNG Capital in February 2009. He has been involved in aircraft investment management, structured finance, and credit trading for over 40 years. Prior to forming WNG, Mr. Gangemi was the Managing Director and Head of the Special Situations Group (SSG) at Deutsche Bank. Within SSG, Mr. Gangemi established and managed the aircraft investment and portfolio financing businesses. From 2003 through 2008, SSG invested in and disposed of 16 aircraft utilizing operating leases, and underwrote and syndicated in excess of $4 billion of aircraft portfolio financing. Mr. Gangemi was also responsible for origination, distribution, and trading of credit and asset risk in a wide range of physical and financial assets subject to lease and other illiquid forms of contractual claims involving intellectual property, insurance, containers, shipping, and legal settlements. Prior to DB, Mr. Gangemi was the Managing Director and Deputy Chairman of New Boston Partners Ltd. in London and the Managing Director of BTM Capital Corporation.

Bobby Nishi

Mr. Bobby Nishi is the Executive Director at WNG Capital, where he is responsible for coordinating sales, leasing, and marketing for the firm as well as direct marketing to airlines, leasing, and part-out companies. He has over 26 years of experience in the aircraft leasing industry with extensive roles in sales, marketing, business development, aircraft trading, and many of the legal aspects of aviation. Prior to joining WNG in 2014, Mr. Nishi worked at MC Aviation Partners as a Senior Vice President and the Head of Aircraft Trading and Legal Division. At MC Aviation, he negotiated the sale and leaseback of new and used aircraft with airlines in Central/Latin America, Asia and Europe. Prior to MC Aviation, Mr. Nishi was the Vice President of Business Development at Aviation Capital Group Corporation. In this role, he was responsible for the sale and marketing of new and used aircraft to airlines. Mr. Nishi began his career in 1998 at Tombo Aviation, where he was the Vice President of Sales & Marketing. His primary responsibilities included origination of aircraft leasing and trading and the management and documentation of all aspects of purchase, sale, and lease transactions for commercial aircraft.

Jennifer Wallace

Ms. Jennifer Wallace serves as General Counsel – Americas & Chief Administrative Officer at WNG Capital, where she is responsible for various aspects of the firm’s legal and compliance functions and oversees its finance and administration groups. She has over 15 years of experience in the legal and financial services industries. Prior to joining WNG in January 2019, Ms. Wallace was Vice President, Legal Counsel at Westwood Holdings Group, Inc., a publicly traded investment and wealth management firm, where she had significant responsibilities related to corporate governance and all aspects of the firm’s compliance program for its registered investment adviser subsidiaries. She had also worked at Westwood in its Marketing & Client Service division before starting her legal career, gaining exposure to its institutional, public fund, and private client bases. Prior to serving as Legal Counsel at Westwood, Ms. Wallace practiced law at Duane Morris LLP in its Wealth Planning Group.

Matthew Andrews

Mr. Matthew Andrews is General Counsel – EMEA at WNG Capital where he is primarily responsible for asset transaction matters and Irish platform matters, including corporate governance and transactions. He has over 25 years of experience in asset finance matters in private practice, OEMs, and lessors. Prior to joining WNG in July 2019, Mr. Andrews began his career in private practice at Lovell White Durrant (now Hogan Lovells) working in international banking and asset finance in London, Frankfurt and Paris. Subsequent to Hogan Lovells, he worked at Rolls-Royce plc across a variety of areas and at the Dublin offices of two Chinese-owned lessors, Bank of Communications (BoComm) Leasing and CMIG Aviation Capital.

Earl Sepulveda

Mr. Earl Sepulveda is the Chief Technical Officer at WNG, where he is responsible for overseeing and leading the technical team in support of WNG’s investment goals. Over the past 35 years, Mr. Sepulveda has worked with airlines, MROs, and lessors in technical management, aircraft acquisition, lease negotiations, transitions, and project management. Prior to joining WNG, Mr. Sepulveda worked at AMCK Aviation / MC Aviation as a Senior Vice President and the Head of its California Office. At MC Aviation, he negotiated and led the technical teams in support of the sale and leaseback campaigns for new and used aircraft with airlines globally. Prior to MC Aviation, Mr. Sepulveda worked at Deutsche Bank Equipment Leasing providing technical support to the sales and marketing team, and prior to Deutsche Bank, Earl worked with Cascade Aerospace in Canada and Aloha Airlines.

Nick Alderman

Mr. Nick Alderman is the Executive Director – Portfolio and Risk at WNG Capital. Mr. Alderman has over 30 years of credit analysis experience across a full range of corporate sectors. Prior to joining WNG, he spent over 7 years with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, where he was responsible for a global aircraft finance portfolio of over $6 billion comprising in excess of 60 airlines. Mr. Alderman was Head of Credit for the front office department responsible for the entire global aircraft finance portfolio, whilst also managing the risk and compliance team within the shipping and aviation departments. Prior to SMBC, Mr. Alderman worked with Barclays, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, and National Australia Bank.
Seán O’Connell

Mr. Seán O’Connell joined WNG Capital as Marketing Director and is based in WNG’s office in Dublin, Ireland. Mr. O’Connell is responsible for WNG relationships with airlines and leasing companies in the EMEA region. Mr. O’Connell has worked in the aviation leasing industry for over 23 years. Prior to joining WNG Capital in August 2020, Mr. O’Connell worked as SVP Marketing EMEA at Minsheng Financial Leasing in Dublin. Before joining Minsheng, Mr. O’Connell spent 5 years as SVP Marketing at Bank of America with responsibility for airline and lessor relationships around the globe. Prior to Bank of America, he was with Helaba Landesbank, where he specialized in Aircraft Finance.

Stéphane Depeyre

Mr. Stéphane Depeyre joined WNG in December 2018 as Marketing Director for EMEA market. Stéphane has 28 years of experience in the aviation industry, 23 of them being in aircraft leasing and trading. After initial roles and experiences with airlines, Mr. Depeyre joined French regional aircraft leasing company TAT Leasing, where he was VP leasing and Trading. In 2005 Mr. Depeyre joined Volito Aviation, as Head of Marketing. During Stéphane’s 6 years with Volito the portfolio grew from eight to fifty-six aircraft. After Volito, Mr. Depeyre consulted on various aviation projects with French and Russian Banks and also acted as advisor for airlines in their fleet planning. In 2015, Mr. Depeyre joined CALC where he was Marketing VP responsible for placement of new aircraft.

Prior to joining WNG in September 2022, Ms. Mallaghan served as Finance Director and Board member for Aviation Clients at Law Debenture, a Corporate Service Provider. Ms. Mallaghan previously worked in finance and transaction support roles at Shannon Engine Support, Nordic Aviation Capital, and Genesis Lease.

Mr. Leonardo Koslosky is Vice President – Investor Relations and Analysis at WNG Capital, where he is responsible for investor relations and portfolio strategy. With a robust background in the aviation industry, Mr. Koslosky's expertise spans over 9 years across various key roles in airline operations, sustainable aviation fuel development, and aircraft leasing. He joined WNG in 2018 as an analyst in the Investment Analysis & Risk team and ascended to the role of Vice President of Portfolio and Risk. In this capacity, he was responsible for overseeing investment modeling and credit assessment, as well as supporting the Marketing Team. In 2023, Mr. Koslosky pursued an MBA at INSEAD, which included a brief at Haffner Energy in France, a leader in sustainable fuel technologies. Rejoining WNG in 2024 with a renewed focus, he brings a refreshed and diverse perspective from his studies. Mr. Koslosky speaks Portuguese, English, and French.

William (Bill) Furlong

Mr. William Furlong is an independent contractor acting as Commercial Officer at WNG Capital, where he is responsible for managing commercial aspects of aircraft transitions. He has over 38 years of experience in the aviation finance industry and over 53 years of professional experience. Mr. Furlong has held numerous roles in leasing, consulting, audit, finance, and lending. In addition to his role at WNG, Mr. Furlong worked with Deutsche Bank as an Aircraft Lease Consultant, where he was responsible for the negotiation of domestic and international aircraft lease, purchase, and sale transactions. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank in 2006, Mr. Furlong worked at BTM Capital Corporation as the Senior Vice President of Lease Negotiation. He was responsible for the development of transaction structures for sales and syndication personnel in order to achieve corporate economic goals. Mr. Furlong was the lead negotiator on all lease and debt transactions. Prior to BTM Capital, Mr. Furlong was the Senior Lending Officer in the Real Estate & Syndications Division at Xerox Credit Corporation. Mr. Furlong originally joined the company as a Manager in the Leveraged Leasing Department. He also managed XCC and a joint venture portfolio aggregating $1.6 billion in assets. Prior to joining Xerox, Mr. Furlong worked at The Pittston Company from 1970 to 1988, where he became Vice President and Treasurer. During his tenure at Pittston, he negotiated the acquisition and lease financing of fourteen aircraft.

Kenneth Coursey

Mr. Kenneth Coursey is the Aircraft Transitions Director at WNG where he is responsible for the project management of transitioning aircraft on and off lease, purchase and sale technical process, coordinating transition activities with stakeholders, maintenance companies, and WNG’s technical representatives. Mr. Coursey has over 33 years of aviation experience including hands-on maintenance of aircraft, maintenance planning and aircraft lease and transitions management. Prior to joining WNG in September 2019, Mr. Coursey most recently served as the SVP of Technical and Asset Management for Acumen Aviation and AVP of Technical and Asset Management for Air Lease Corporation. Prior to this, Mr. Coursey was with aircraft Lessor AWAS for 15 plus years where he managed the aircraft technical lease process from ‘cradle to grave’, including new aircraft delivery, transitions, lease negotiations, modifications, maintenance reserve claim management, and end-of-life optimization.

C. Thomas Keeler

Mr. C. Thomas (Tom) Keeler is the Technical Director at WNG Capital, where he is responsible for the technical requirements, work packages, and material flow for transitioning and off-lease assets as well as the associated technical records. He has over 24 years of experience working with senior-level engineers and executives in the airline, aircraft, and engine leasing and maintenance industries. Prior to joining WNG in February 2012, he was the Director of Technical Records at JT Power, where he maintained the technical records for their engines and airframes and evaluated aircraft and engines to determine their technical and financial merits. Prior to JT Power, Mr. Keeler was President of Keeler Consulting. The firm concentrated on aircraft and turbine engine product/project management. Mr. Keeler began his career at GE Engine Leasing and then moved on to Willis Lease Finance Corporation as the Technical Services Records Coordinator. In this role, he performed on-site facilitation of engine purchases and assisted with leased engine returns.

Christopher Schreiner

Mr. Schreiner brings over 24 years of professional experience in management, sales, customer service, training, and project management. Prior to joining WNG in February 2016, Mr. Schreiner worked in the Business Development Center at Gunn Chevrolet, where he was responsible for all areas of operations related to the Service Department within the Business Development Center. Prior to joining Gunn Chevrolet, Mr. Schreiner was an Account Manager at GPS of Texas. In this role, he marketed, sold, and installed GPS tracking systems used in commercial vehicles and machinery. Mr. Schreiner also served in the United States Army and currently holds his private pilot license.

Luis Filho

Prior to joining WNG in October 2021, Mr. Filho co-founded Levitar, a company which specialized in aircraft delivery and re-delivery technical services as well as drone services, where he was responsible for commercial development and business management. Mr. Filho also worked for 7 years at GOL Linhas Aereas, as Maintenance Planning Senior Manager and Quality Manager. Prior to joining GOL Linhas Aereas, Mr. Filho worked for the Brazilian Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) focusing on the airworthiness certification and surveillance of Airlines and MROs.
